Q) When will my order ship? A) All items on our site are listed with sizes and quantities in stock and available for shipping (with the exception of special order sizes). While we will do all we can to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, we do allow ourselves a 72 hour grace period for shipping.
Q) If I order something listed as "in-stock" am I guaranteed to receive it? A) Accuracy is very important to us and our inventory is updated regularly throughout each day. On the off chance that there is an inconsistency and the item you ordered is not available you will be notified immediately.
Q) Do sizes run the same for all brands? How will I know what size to order? A) No. Not only do sizes not run the same for all brands - sometimes they do not run the same within a brand. Some run smaller or larger, more narrow or wider. In order to best help you choose the right size we have included a color coded fit chart which can be found under each shoe description.Q) What is the smallest/largest size you carry? A) Generally speaking we carry sizes 6-10. Occasionally we carry size 5 and/or 11. However certain brands allow us to "special order" alternative sizes. Any shoe we are able to "special order" will be identified in the shoe description. Please note that while we do not charge any additional fees for "special orders" they are automatically deemed final sale. In addition, the time frame to receive your "special order" will depend on availability from the manufacturer. You may not cancel any "special order".
Q) Do you sell shoes to men? A) Yes. We do not sell "men's" shoes but we absolutely do sell shoes to men.
Q) What payment methods do you accept? A) We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and Paypal.
Q) I do not live far from SHOO! am I able to place my order and come in to pick it up? A) Absolutely. Anyone is welcome to come in to SHOO! to pick up their order. Just select "Hold For Pickup At SHOO!" during checkout and we will gladly hold your merchandise for you. Your purchase will be considered an "online" purchase and will be subject to "online" conditions. Therefore, while we will hold your merchandise indefiently - if it is not picked up within 30 days it will be considered a final sale.
Q) What is your return policy? A) Unless item(s) was deemed final sale (e.g. special order, certian clearance items, etc) we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of our ship date - provided merchandise was not worn/used. In addition, any packaging/boxes must accompany your return in good condition. You may choose to: 1) Exchange your item(s). 2) Receive a SHOO! credit. 3) Obtain a refund. Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition ; If you request an exchange, you will be responsible for any reship fees. If you request a SHOO! credit, you will be responsible for any shipping fees upon redemption of your credit. If you request a refund, any shipping/handling charges that were incurred by SHOO! will be deducted from your purchase price and you will be refunded the difference.
Q) I received my shoes today and I love them but the packaging inside the shoebox was open - have they been worn? A) Worn? No. Tried on? Perhaps. We ask that you please take in to consideration that we do have a physical location and our inventory is available both "in store" as well as "online". Therefore, merchandise purchased online may have been handled or tried on in our physical store. We do not accept exchanges or returns on any worn/used merchandise and all items are thoroughly examined before being accepted back into inventory. P.S. We are so happy you love your shoes!
