As a courtesy to our United States customers SHOO! offers free shipping / handling on a one way basis. Therefore we reserve the right to use whichever shipping method is most economically friendly.
Unfortunately free shipping is not a perk we are able to extend to our customers outside of the United States. We will however use the most reasonable shipping method possible.
Should ANY customer choose to have their order shipped a specific way (e.g. overnight, third day, priority mail etc...) they will be responsible for ALL shipping costs.
If you select overnight, 2nd or 3rd day shipping your order MUST be placed by 2:00 p.m. EST. in order to guarantee your order ships that day. If not placed by 2:00 p.m. EST. there is a chance your order will not go out until the next business day. ANY order (including overnight orders) placed after 2:00 p.m. EST. on Fridays may not ship until the next business day.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR FREE SHIPPING POLICY IS A ONE WAY ONLY OFFER. RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM AND ARE REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY RESHIP FEES. IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A REFUND ANY ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES INCURRED BY SHOO!
